AI that pays
for itself.

Tell me what is eating your team's time. I build the automation that takes it off their plate, so the saving covers the cost and keeps paying after that.

I helped run a whole business on AI, finding customers through to billing and keeping them, and scaled it from near-zero to around 300 customers.

What I've built, and what's next

I have already run the whole loop, finding customers and handling the back-office with AI. The open slot is yours.

track record
Near-zero → ~300

I built the AI behind a business's entire growth, finding customers and running the back-office. The customer base climbed while the team stayed small.

finding customers
A pipeline that fills itself

Automation that finds and qualifies the right customers for you, so your sales team always has someone real to talk to.

internal work
Whole days of admin, gone

Billing, follow-up and tracking handled automatically on top of the tools you already use, so nobody does it by hand anymore.

How it works

From your painpoint to paid back

01

Tell me what's slow

You bring the task that eats your team's time. No need to know the solution, that's my job.

02

I scope it

I find the repetitive work worth automating and show you what it would save, before you commit.

03

I build it on your tools

The automation goes on top of the systems you already run. No rip-and-replace, no new platform to learn.

04

It pays for itself

The time and money saved covers the cost, then keeps paying. That's the whole point.

What I can build

Things I take off your plate

You don't need to be technical or know how any of this works. You tell me what's slow, I build the fix on the tools you already use. Pick one to see how it works.

You need more customers but no time to chase them. You ask, and the right ones land on your list, already sorted by who's worth your time.

billing, prepared for youexample

Nothing slips. You always know who needs attention and when, without keeping any of it in your head.

nothing slipsexample

Things you can try

Tools I've built, live to use

Not slides. Real, working tools you can open and test right now, built the same way I build for clients. Bring your own API key where one is needed; nothing is stored.

The Reviewer

live demo

A cheap model checks an AI's output against your rules and blocks it when something's wrong. Watch it catch a made-up fact.

Watch It Work

live demo

See an AI agent's every step: each tool call, the gate that blocks a wrong answer, the retry, and what it cost.

Cost Router

live demo

Rules handle the easy cases for free; the model is only called when it's genuinely unclear. With a running savings counter.

Enrichment Engine

live demo

A lead engine: qualify a company into a fit score and angles, sequence the follow-up, and draft replies for you to approve. Nothing is sent on its own.

Sound Like You

skill

A drop-in skill that makes your AI write in your voice and strips the tells that give AI writing away.

MCP Server Starter

Point it at any business tool to give an AI safe, name-first actions over it: read by default, writes gated and dry-run first.

Who you're working with

I built this because I had to.

I learned this the hard way. I had too much on my plate and a business to grow, so I automated my way out of the work, finding customers and running the back-office, because that was the only way it was going to scale. It worked. The business went from near-zero to around 300 customers while the team stayed small. Now I build the same way for people who are buried in manual work and don't have the time or the know-how to dig out themselves. You bring the problem. I handle the how.
